Calculator inputs stay in the browser
TallyCleanOS processes calculator entries in your browser tab. The tools do not send entered labour costs, time or prices to a server. The site does not save calculator entries in local storage or create an account.
Closing or reloading the page clears the calculator state. Your browser may restore form entries through its own features. Clear the fields if you use a shared device. Do not enter customer names, addresses, access codes or other personal information into cost fields.
Customer quote drafts stay on the page
The quote-template editor processes business details, customer references, property scope and notes in your browser. TallyCleanOS does not upload or save these entries. The calculator transfers only the selling price to the editor through a URL fragment, which the editor removes after reading. Customer details are not added to links. Your browser may retain form entries or browsing history through its own features.
Downloads and printing
CSV exports are generated locally when you select the download button. Files remain wherever your browser saves them. The static template download is an ordinary website file. Printing uses your browser and printer settings. You control storage, sharing and deletion of these files.
Website access and hosting logs
Serving a page involves ordinary network information such as an IP address, browser request details and timestamps. The hosting provider may retain access and security logs. This notice does not claim that visiting the site creates no data.
Optional Google Analytics
Analytics is off until you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics 4 receives page visits, a page address without its query or fragment, the referring website origin, and technical information such as browser and device type. Google also receives network information, including your IP address, when your browser connects to its service. We use these reports to understand which pages are useful. We do not send tool entries, customer details, photos, filenames or download contents to Google Analytics.
Advertising signals and enhanced measurement (including automatic form, search, click and download tracking) are disabled. Google Analytics can set first-party _ga cookies for up to 180 days. We remember your analytics choice in local storage for 180 days; this record contains only your choice and its time. Tool records are not stored with it.
You can use Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to allow or decline analytics. Declining stops collection and clears this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. The tools work with analytics declined.
