Review your assumptions
The calculators use the costs, times and percentages you enter. Results are planning estimates. Actual time, property condition and other costs can change the outcome. Check the calculation, scope and terms before making an offer to a customer.
Example prices and times are illustrative. They are not market rates or promises of profit. The tools do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. VAT is not calculated. Use a consistent tax basis and decide the correct treatment for your business.
Calculation method
Money inputs accept up to two decimal places. The quote calculator uses integer pence and percentage basis points. Labour cost and selling price round half-up to the penny. Target margin is limited to 0% through 95%. A zero selling price cannot be used for margin calculations.
Your files and customer offer
You control downloaded files and any document you share. Review personal details, price, expiry, scope and exclusions in your own document. The print views and CSV worksheets do not send an estimate or record acceptance. This site does not book services or take job payments.
Availability and corrections
The site may change or be unavailable. Report a suspected calculation error through Sunny Patel's contact page using a non-sensitive example. Keep your own checked records for business decisions. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
